Common use of Joint Committee (JC) Clause in Contracts

Joint Committee (JC). 23.1.1 The Joint Committee shall consist of five (5) members, the majority of whom shall be certificated classroom teachers who are chosen to serve by the Association. The committee is to be formed when needed.
