JOINT COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE. 1. To oversee the progress and implementation of the Project, to give the Project strategic direction and to carry out those functions set out in Schedule 1 (Procurement Milestones) as being matters being allocated to the Joint Committee.

If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC).
