Joint Labor/Management Committees. Section 34.1. Joint Labor Management Committees. Joint Labor Management Committees are defined as follows: all departmental and Executive Safety Committees; the Labor Management Advisory Team (LMAT); the Health Care Review Committee (HCRC); Contract Negotiation Team; joint grievance investigation teams; and any other joint committee agreed to in writing and in advance by the City and the Union.
