JOINT PANEL (JP). A. The Joint Panel shall consist of five members with three unit members and two administrators, the majority of whom shall be certificated classroom teachers who are chosen to serve by the Association. The District shall choose the administrators on the Joint Panel. In the event that an administrator may have a Participating Teacher within the PAR program, an alternate administrative member shall be selected to serve in a situation where reports or considerations involving the Participating Teacher are being reviewed.

JOINT PANEL (JP). 20.1.1 The Joint Panel (JP) shall consist of seven (7) members. Four (4) shall be certificated classroom teachers chosen to serve through a procedure whereby teachers apply, the MEA Executive Board recommends, and all unit members vote in an election conducted by MEA. Three (3) shall be administrators selected by the District to serve on the JP. One of who shall be the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.

  • Joint Panel 18.3.1.1 A Panel consisting of five (5) members, three (3) permanent classroom teachers selected by the Association and two (2) administrators appointed by the District will administer the Peer Review and Enrichment Program. There shall also be two (2) teacher alternates, who shall be a permanent classroom teachers, and two (2) administrator alternates both to be trained and assume Panel duties if needed in the event of a conflict of interest or if a Panel member is unable to perform his/her duties. Alternates have the right to attend all Panel meetings. The chair of the Panel shall alternate annually between the District and the Association. A Panel member shall neither participate in discussion nor vote on any matter in which he/she has professional or personal conflict of interest.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:

  • Joint Consultative Committee 46.1 The parties recognise the need for effective communication to improve the business/operational performance and working environment in agencies.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
