Joint Practice Committee. If the PCC wishes to bring an issue before the Joint Practice Committee, the PCC shall first make a written recommendation to the CEO of the Hospital, or her/his/their designee. The Hospital recognizes the important role of the PCC and will duly consider the PCC’s recommendations. If the Hospital and the PCC cannot resolve the issue informally, the PCC may refer the issue to the Joint Practice Committee. A meeting of the Joint Practice Committee shall be convened within fifteen (15) days of the referral by the PCC, but not more frequently than once per month.
