Common use of Journeyman Clause in Contracts

Journeyman. If less than two (2) years have elapsed, employee shall be considered to be a Journeyman. If two (2) to three (3) years have elapsed, the employee =hall be considered a 4th Step Apprentice; if three (3) to four (4) years have elapsed, the employee shall be considered a 3rd Step Apprentice. If more than four (4) years have elapsed, no credit shall be given.
