JUDGING APPLICANT. In assessing each applicant for positions of Packhouse Utility, Quarry Utility, Production Utility A, Production Utility B, and Storesman, the most senior applicant with the fitness to perform the job shall be awarded the job. Positions in Mill Control, Control Room, Quality Utility, Electronic Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, and Mobile Mechanic, and all apprentice position openings will be based on a selection process set forth to judge the applicant on the basis of ability, experience and fitness as determined by the selection process. New employees will be restricted from the evaluation process if they have less than 3 years seniority (from date of hire). If no bids from employees with greater than 3 years seniority are received, bids from employees with less than 3 years will be evaluated.
