July 1, 2016. 20 Effective July 1, 2016 the rates and ranges of employees covered by this 21 Agreement shall be increased by an amount equal to the annual percentage increase in the 22 Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (Portland CPI-W 2nd 23 Half, second half of 2014 to the second half of 2015 as reported in February 2016) with a 24 minimum of one percent (1.0%) to a maximum of a four percent (4.0%).

July 1, 2016. The performance period under this contract shall commence on the effective date of this contract and shall end at midnight, Eastern time, on June 30, 2018, subject to the survival of terms provisions of Section 34 hereof.

Beginning July 1, 202019 Band, cheer, and dance team advisors involved in state competition for other sports or activities considered to be post season will be paid .232% of Step BA1 of the Licensed Salary Schedule per contest of extended state competition provided the contest(s) fall outside the advisor’s regularly paid working day or contract year. This article does not apply to state competition for the advisor’s own team.
July 1, 2016. Effective with the pay period which begins on July 1, 2016, a new Step 10 (which is five and one half percent (5.5%) above the current Step 9 will be added to the salary schedule. Unit members will become eligible for advancement to Step 10 if they have been at Step 9 for at least one (1) year and have received a “meets standard” or above performance evaluation.

  • April the President shall provide the candidate with her written decision, pursuant to Article 20.10, to take one of the following actions (copies to the URC, Vice-President (Academic), Xxxx, DRC, President of the Association): 20.47.8.1 to transmit confirmation of the URC recommendation to the Board of Governors; or 20.47.8.2 to send the matter to the UAC, pursuant to 20.10.2.

  • OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement. 2. A continuing employee, or an employee hired to a temporary contract of employment no later than September 30 that extends to June 30, may elect to participate in an Optional Twelve-Month Pay Plan (the Plan) administered by the employer. 3. An employee electing to participate in the Plan in the subsequent year must inform the employer, in writing, on or before June 15. An employee hired after that date must inform the employer of their intention to participate in the Plan by September 30th. It is understood, that an employee appointed after June 15 in the previous school year and up to September 30 of the subsequent school year, who elects to participate in the Plan, will have deductions from net monthly pay, in the same amount as other employees enrolled in the Plan, pursuant to Article B.8.5. 4. An employee electing to withdraw from the Plan must inform the employer, in writing, on or before June 15 of the preceding year. 5. Employees electing to participate in the Plan shall receive their annual salary over 10 (ten) months; September to June. The employer shall deduct, from the net monthly pay, in each twice-monthly pay period, an amount agreed to by the local and the employer. This amount will be paid into the Plan by the employer. 6. Interest to March 31 is calculated on the Plan and added to the individual employee’s accumulation in the Plan. 7. An employee’s accumulation in the Plan including their interest accumulation to March 31st shall be paid in equal installments on July 15 and August 15. 8. Interest earned by the Plan in the months of April through August shall be retained by the employer. 9. The employer shall inform employees of the Plan at the time of hire. 10. Nothing in this Article shall be taken to mean that an employee has any obligation to perform work beyond the regular school year.

  • C E P T A N C E The above-mentioned Subscription Agreement in respect of the Shares is hereby accepted by BROAD SCOPE ENTERPRISES INC.

  • R E C I T A L The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") has authorized the granting to Optionee, for services previously rendered by Optionee as a consultant to the Company, of a non-qualified stock option to purchase the number of shares of Common Stock of the Company specified in Paragraph 1 hereof, at the price specified therein, such option to be for the term and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter stated.
