Common use of Jury and/or Court Leave Clause in Contracts

Jury and/or Court Leave. An employee who is called for jury duty or to give testimony before any legal, judicial or administrative tribunal, and, providing that it will not apply to any cause in which the employee is the party to the action, shall be compensated for the difference between their normal salary and that which they receive for performance of such duty, less reimbursed expenses and travel allowance.
