Jury and Witness Leave. 29 Leave will be granted to employees to serve as jurors and subpoena witnesses. Regular 30 salary will be paid, provided, the employee provides documentation of dates of juryjury 31 service. If documentation of jury service is not provided, the employee’s personal leave 32 shall be used to the extent available to maintain the employee’s regular salary; thereafter, 33 undocumented jury service shall be treated as unpaid leave. Any reimbursement of 34 expenses received by the employee for jury service shall be retained by the employee 35 with no adjustment to district compensation.
