Common use of Jury Duty Leave Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty Leave. All employees summoned to jury duty or jury selection shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid to them for jury services and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days, provided that such days fall on a regularly scheduled working day for that employee.
