Jury Duty Leaves. Absence for jury service by an Employee is recognized by the Employer as approved leave and will not be chargeable to accumulated sick leave. The employee who serves on jury duty shall receive his/her pay from the employer, the unit member shall submit to the payroll department the endorsed juror fee check.
