Technology Equipment. The university will provide employees with a standard configuration which includes a laptop, software, and accessories appropriate for their job requirements and work schedule. It is understood that such equipment is the property of the university and is subject to the same business use restrictions as if it were on university property. The Employee will be liable for damages resulting from the unauthorized use or relocation of such equipment. The university will provide only one configuration to either be used at the on-site office or at a remote office. Additional accessories above what is provided will not be supplied. The university recommends that employees use a headset to reduce background noise, improve sound quality, and ensure confidentiality. If the university provides a headset for a hybrid work arrangement, any office desk phone will be removed. The Employee must provide:
Technology Equipment. The City agrees to provide Contractor with technology interface equipment such as cellular telephone, computing equipment, etc. used in the scope of work as outlined herein. Technology equipment shall be determined and provided by the City at their sole discretion. Contractor shall have the right to retain possession as additional compensation upon termination of this contract.
Technology Equipment. After the Consulting Termination Date, the Executive shall be entitled to retain the computer equipment and blackberry device previously issued to him by the Company; provided that all charges with respect to such equipment (e.g., monthly service charges) shall be the sole responsibility of Executive after the Consulting Termination Date.
Technology Equipment. A. The District will provide adequate training to all teachers for all new devices, programs, and apps.

Executive shall be entitled to retain the cellular telephone and blackberry device previously issued to him by the Company; provided that all charges with respect to such equipment (e.g., monthly service charges) shall be the sole responsibility of Executive after the Termination Date.
Technology Equipment. The School District shall provide each administrator a technology allowance of $100/month.
Technology Equipment. In respect of Coty property in the form of technology equipment in his possession as of the date of this Agreement: (i) should Executive decide to retain his current phone numbers, Coty will reasonably assist Executive in transferring the account to Executive’s personal account, such transfer to occur by August 31, 2012; (ii) Executive will be authorized to retain his IPhone and IPad, provided that Coty’s Information Management department shall first remove all Coty proprietary application, software and information; and (iii) Executive will return all other Coty equipment not specifically referenced in this paragraph to Coty by August 31, 2012 in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.
Technology Equipment. The Company shall provide to Executive a Company cell phone, and, if appropriate, a Blackberry, laptop computer and such other equipment required to properly conduct his responsibilities. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive will return the cell phone and all such other equipment to the Company.
Technology Equipment. Upon request, the District will provide unit members with technology equipment so they can work remotely. Unit members shall not be liable for damage to District equipment. If not feasible to work from home, unit members can use existing District technology and equipment at a school site. To off-set costs of upgrading home technology (e.g. wifi capabilities) and/or personal cell phone usage, unit members can request a one-time stipend of $125.
Technology Equipment. (a) Managers will be provided with an approved communication package that will promote flexibility in how, when and where they work. This will provide Managers with access to the most up to date technology to enable them to lead and improve the work experience. The allocation of the equipment devices will align with Council’s information technology policies and procedures implemented by Council’s Manager Information Services.
