Jury Service and Court Attendance Leave. Paid leave with salary will be granted to an employee required to serve as a juror or appear as a witness, for the period of attendance required in any Court of Law, provided the employee assigns to the University all payment received for such court attendance. Such a leave application must be supported by a certificate from the Sheriff's Office indicating attendance.
