Reserve Forces Leave. 38.3.1 An employee who is a member of the Defence Reserve Forces will be entitled to leave on full pay, for the purpose of undertaking service of up to 14 calendar days duration or up to 18 days where certified by the relevant Commanding Officer.

Reserve Forces Leave. Employees who are members of the Reserve Forces and who are performing at a satisfactory level or better, may request an unpaid leave of up to a maximum of ten (10) days per calendar year where she is required to attend at a training program. Unused days cannot be carried into the following calendar year.
Reserve Forces Leave. 15.1 An employee who is a voluntary member of the Reserve Forces and who is required to attend an annual training camp shall be granted each financial year (1 July - 30 June) leave with pay for up to two weeks for ordinary time lost from duty.
Reserve Forces Leave. Associates will not suffer financial loss as a result of attending Reserve Forces training camps. The maximum period for which this policy applies is 2 weeks per annum. The Associate should provide proof of attendance and amount of payment received. The Factory Manager will authorise make-up payment to normal base rate (including shift allowance where applicable) via a Personnel Change Form.

  • Annual Leave Loading (a) In addition to their ordinary pay, an employee, other than a shiftworker, will be paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of their ordinary pay on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.

  • Extended Medical Leave A teacher who is unable to teach because of personal illness or disability and who has exhausted all available sick leave shall be granted leave for up to one (1) year. Any request for this leave must state the probable date of return and be accompanied by a verifying physician's statement. If the leave was granted as a result of a work related injury the employee may request and shall be granted a one (1) year extension of this leave. Before returning, such teacher must submit a physician's release. To be eligible for an extended medical leave of absence, an employee must have been actively employed on paid status with APS a minimum of one contract year immediately prior to the leave start date. All intermittent medical leaves will be addressed according to FMLA regulations.

  • Medical Leave of Absence Where you have a medical leave of absence due to any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than six months, and you have not returned to employment with the Company or an Affiliate, a Separation from Service has occurred on the earlier of: (A) the first day on which you would not be considered “disabled” under any disability policy of the Company or Affiliate under which you are then receiving a benefit; or (B) the first day on which your medical leave of absence period exceeds 29 months.

  • Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:
