JURY SERVICE AND WITNESS LEAVE. (i) Jury Service - An employee may be granted paid leave for jury service. Expenses may be retained by the employee but all jurors’ fees are to be paid to the Ministry unless an employee elects to take annual leave or leave without pay in which case the fees may be retained.
