Justification of Dismissal. Any non-tenured Department Supervisor who receives notice that such employment shall not be offered shall be entitled to the benefit of the procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:27-3.2 and N.J.A.C. 6:3-1.20. When such procedures have been concluded, any further appeal by such Department Supervisor shall be to the Commissioner of Education.
