KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE. When you open your account with us, you'll set up security details for your account. You'll need to use these security details to login to the Oxbury App or Oxbury Online Banking.

KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE. 17.1 You (or an Authorised Person on your behalf) must notify us as soon as possible via telephone or email, using the contact details set out in clause 3, on becoming aware of a Security Breach. 17.2 Each Authorised Person must take all reasonable steps to keep safe their Passwords and the Online Platform. This includes each Authorised Person: (a) not writing down or telling anyone their Username or Password; (b) logging off the Online Platform every time the computer (or other device used to gain access to the Online Platform) is left by the relevant Authorised Person; (c) always ensuring that neither their Username nor Password are stored by the browser or cached or otherwise recorded by the computer or other device used to gain access to the Online Platform; (d) having recognised anti-virus software on the device each Authorised Person uses to gain access to the Online Platform; and (e) using reasonable endeavours to ensure that the e-mail account(s), phone numbers and mobile phone numbers that they provided us with are secure as they might be used by us to reset Passwords or verify instructions; (f) complying with our website terms of use, which are available on our Website. 17.3 You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent fraudulent use of Services. 17.4 We may stop or suspend your use of the Online Platform if we have reasonable grounds for doing so relating to the security of the Online Platform or its suspected or actual unauthorised or fraudulent use. 17.5 If you believe that a Payment has been executed in error and/or was not authorised by you or an Authorised Person, you must notify us via email or telephone, using the contact details set out in clause 3, within: (a) 13 months of the date of any Payment, if you are a Micro- Enterprise or a Charity; or (b) 4 months of the date of the Payment, if you are not a Micro- Enterprise or a Charity.
KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE. 10.1. When you access your Account, we will need to ensure that we are dealing with you. That’s why you will be asked for security details whenever you access your Account. Some of the security details we will use include but are not limited to: 10.1.1. username and password; and 10.1.2. codes sent to you via a secure app, to your mobile phone number or to your email. 10.2. We may add other types of security details in the future. 10.3. You must keep your security details safe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your security details.
KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE. 4.1 When you open your account with us, you'll set up security details for your account. You'll need to use these security details to login to the Oxbury App or Oxbury Online Banking. 4.2 You’ll also need to choose and set up security details for the Oxbury App that will be stored on your mobile device, including biometric data if this is your choice of security. You shouldn’t allow this feature if you share your mobile device with someone else and their biometric data is also saved on the device and if you do enable this feature, then you should be aware that they will also be able to log in to the Oxbury App and we will assume that their instructions have come from you. 4.3 You must keep your account details and security details safe. We expect you to take the following precautions: 4.3.1 Always take reasonable steps to keep your security details secret at all times; 4.3.2 Never tell anyone what your security details are, not even your joint account holder, another user, our staff or the police; 4.3.3 Be aware of scams designed to trick you into sharing your security details or other information that could be used to defraud you. We'll never ask you to share your security details with us; 4.3.4 Memorise your security details immediately and don't write them down; 4.3.5 Check your account and your statements regularly; 4.3.6 Log out of the Oxbury App and Oxbury Online Banking when you're finished using them; and 4.3.7 Keep any devices you use to access the Oxbury App or Oxbury Online Banking, including your phone and laptop, secure. 4.4 You must call us immediately if you become aware or suspect that there is unauthorised or fraudulent activity on your account, or if you think anyone else has your security details. 4.5 You must give us any information you have regarding the circumstances of the unauthorised or fraudulent use. You agree that we can give this information to the police or other authorities if they think it's relevant to help prevent or control fraud.
KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE a) You must notify the University Computing Helpdesk by phoning +00 (0)0000 000000 or by emailing xx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xx.xx if you think that there has been any loss of security on your Open University computing account. b) If you do not keep to Condition 6.1 above, you will be liable for any transactions relating to your registration, even if your password is used by someone else fraudulently or without your permission.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.

  • Currency of Account and Payment U.S. dollars (the “Contractual Currency”) is the sole currency of account and payment for all sums payable by a party under or in connection with this Agreement, including damages.

  • CHANGING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT As permitted by law, the Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement and any attached Disclosure from time to time. Notice of any change will be given in accordance with applicable law. If permitted by law and specified in the notice to you, the change will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions.
