Known & Obvious. 1. Prior to determining discipline, a recorded employee conference will be held. In such case, the member shall be notified and afforded at least two (2) of the subject member’s working days to prepare for the conference, unless waived by the member. The member shall be informed of the name of the person conducting the conference.
Known & Obvious. An Administrative Investigation is not warranted when the details of the complaint are readily apparent and not in dispute, after preliminary fact gathering from the chain of command. Discipline from a Known and Obvious circumstance will not result in termination.
