Labor-Management Committee Meetings. A. The Union through its designated agents shall be enti- tled at the national, area, and local levels, and at such other intermediate levels as may be appropriate, to participate in regularly scheduled Joint Labor-Management Committee meetings for the purpose of discussing, exploring, and consid- ering with management matters of mutual concern; provided neither party shall attempt to change, add to or vary the terms of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. B. All other national level committees established pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall function as subcommittees of the national level Labor-Management Committee. C. Meetings at the national and area (except as to the Christmas operation) levels will not be compensated by the Employer. The Employer will compensate one designated rep- resentative from the Union for actual time spent in the meeting at the applicable straight time rate, providing the time spent in such meetings is a part of the employee’s regular scheduled work day.
