Labor-Management Committee Meetings. Union members may attend labor-management committee meetings during the workday with the understanding that they are salaried employees and may exercise reasonable discretion in the use of their time as long as they continue to meet expectations and standards regarding productivity and Court schedules. The City does not intend to compensate members for time spent in Union -related activities.
