Labor-Management Committee Meetings. For the purpose of maintaining communications between labor and management in order to cooperatively discuss and solve problems of mutual concern: a) The head of each work location or his/her designee shall meet monthly with the appropriate Union committee representing this bargaining unit or, if the parties agree, combined meetings with other AFSCME bargaining units.
