Labor-Management Committee Meetings. For the purpose of maintaining communications between Labor and Management, in order to cooperatively discuss and solve problems of mutual concern, labor/management meetings shall be held upon request of either party as needed. The requesting party shall prepare and submit an agenda no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled meeting. The meetings shall be scheduled at a time, date and place of mutual agreement.
