Common use of Labor-Management Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor-Management Committee Meetings. 27 A. Purpose. 28 Labor-Management Committee Meetings shall be for the purpose of maintaining 29 communications in order to cooperatively discuss and resolve problems of mutual 30 concern to the parties. 31 Agenda items to be discussed at such meetings are to be submitted at least seven (7) 32 calendar days in advance of the scheduled meeting dates. The method of establishing an 33 agenda shall be a proper subject in secondary negotiations at the request of either party.
