Labour Management Committee. The parties agree that matters of mutual concern should be discussed at a Labour/Management Committee meeting. Membership shall consist of equal numbers of representatives which shall be determined locally. Meetings will be conducted as necessary with either party requesting a meeting in writing coupled with a proposed agenda. The Labour/Management committee representatives shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending these meetings.
