Labour Relations Leave. The Company shall grant Labour Relations leave of absence to those regular scheduled hours necessarily missed from work to transact business between the Company and the Association at full pay to those employees required to transact such business. The Company shall grant a labour relations leave of absence of those regular scheduled hours necessarily lost from work to testify before or serve upon any Boards of Arbitration or Conciliation at full pay to those employees so summoned or appointed. The Company shall grant Labour Relations leave of absence to these regular scheduled hours necessarily lost from work to transact business on behalf of the Association at full pay to those employees required to transact such business. The Association shall upon presentation of a statement of monies paid for such a leave of absence by the Company reimburse the Company for such monies.

The Company and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with all U.S. federal, state, local and foreign laws and regulations relating to employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours, except where the failure to be in compliance could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Civil Leave Section 1. The Employer recognizes the responsibility of its employees to fulfill their civic duties as jurors and witnesses in court proceedings. The Employer agrees therefore to grant civil leave with pay to permanent employees:
