WEEKLY SERVICE. A. ROOM CLEANING Office Areas, File Rooms, Libraries, Conference Rooms, etc.
1. Dust high and low, including clocks, all surfaces on which dust gathers.
2. Clean all cleared desk and counter top areas with approved desk/counter cleaner.
3. Remove all cobwebs, clean baseboards.
4. Clean and buff all hard surfaced floors.
5. Clean by most appropriate means all lobby furniture. Wash thoroughly all children's furniture and fiberglass/vinyl furniture.
B. RESTROOMS
1. Clean partition walls and doors with germicidal solution, making sure to thoroughly rinse.
2. Clean and buff floors, with special attention to grouting, corners of floor, baseboards, and stalls.
3. Spot clean walls around sinks, waste receptacles, behind urinals and toilets.
4. Dust radiators, grills, ledges, etc.

3. Remove all cobwebs, clean baseboards.
4. Clean, spray wax and buff all vinyl tiled surfaced floors.
5. Clean by most appropriate means all lobby furniture. Wash thoroughly all children's furniture and fiberglass/vinyl furniture.
B. RESTROOMS
1. Clean partition walls and doors with germicidal solution, making sure to thoroughly rinse.
2. Thoroughly clean, scrub by agitation (with hand brush or mechanical machine) and disinfect ceramic tile floors, with special attention to grouting, corners of floor, baseboards, and stalls.
3. Spot clean walls around sinks, waste receptacles, behind urinals and toilets and above cove base molding.
4. Dust radiators, grills, ledges, etc.
WEEKLY SERVICE. Not less often than once per week, and more frequently if required to handle 38 the waste stream of the premises, Franchisee shall collect the Solid Waste (except bulky items and 39 Hazardous Waste) which have been placed, kept, or accumulated in containers at Residential Units within 40 the Franchise Area and placed at curbside prior to Franchisee's normal weekly Collection time. All Solid 41 Waste must be placed within containers at curbside without obstructions so as to permit Collection, unless 42 otherwise agreed upon by County and Franchisee. Franchisee may supply containers, and/or may require 43 the use of specific containers as specified in Exhibit A. Franchisee may negotiate special pickup 44 procedures, above and beyond the normal services described above, with customers for an additional fee 45 in an amount provided in Exhibit E.

WEEKLY SERVICE. Weekly Residential Collection Services include one (1) 32-Gallon 895 Garbage Cart (with the option to downsize to a 20- or upsize to a 64-Gallon Garbage Cart) and one (1) 64- 896 Gallon Organic Waste Cart as part of the base Residential Collection Service. The actual configuration of 897 Garbage and Organic Waste Cart sizes shall be at the option of the Service Recipient. Contractor shall 898 provide all Residential Service Recipients with at least one (1) 64-Gallon Organic Waste Cart by June 1, 899 2022.

WEEKLY SERVICE o The common-use generator sets are checked weekly by the garage in coordination with electrical service (Section VII-2). This weekly service includes: ▪ General inspection and cleaning, ▪ Checking fuel and oil levels, ▪ Checking belt tensions, ▪ Operational start-up and test run. • Periodic Contracted Maintenance: o More extensive contracted maintenance is undertaken regularly, in accordance with the generator manufacturer's recommended maintenance program based on hours of use of the equipment. The contracted major maintenance, performed by a certified service provider for the make of the generator, consists of: ▪ Changing oil, ▪ Replacement of filters (fuel, air and oil), ▪ Tune-up of engine operation, ▪ Other necessary work based on the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Dust vending machines.
