Late Payment of Wages. 11.1 Where an underpayment of wages occurs by reason of an error in calculation by the Employer involving 2.5% or more of the employee’s net weekly wage, the payment will be corrected within 24 hours at the request of the employee.

Late Payment of Wages. (a) Wage payments shall be made in accordance with the time periods specified in the Agreement. If such payments are not made within the time periods specified and the musician or Federation gives prompt written notice of such delayed payment, the following late payment charges shall apply:

Late Payment of Wages. (a) Except in circumstances beyond the control of the Employer, and subject to clause 21.5 below, an Employee kept waiting for more than a quarter of an hour for wages, on the normal pay day after the usual time for ceasing work, is to be paid the overtime rate after that quarter of an hour, with a minimum payment of a quarter of an hour, and payment shall continue on that day until the Employee is advised that payment will not be forthcoming on that day.
Late Payment of Wages. It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that the Employer has an exceptional record of paying wages to employees on or before the required time. It is not the Employer’s intent to deliberately fail to pay any employee by the required time but it is accepted that errors could be made from time to time. This subclause deals with the arrangements to occur if an employee is paid late and that payment results from a deliberate failure to pay on time rather than an unintended underpayment.
Late Payment of Wages. 14.1.13.1. If the Company fails to make payment to any Employee as prescribed on payday, each Employee shall be paid a penalty rate as indicated in Schedule B for each and every day or part day during which such default continues, unless the Company satisfactorily shows pursuant to the Resolution of Disputes procedure prescribed in clause 30 that the failure is due to some act on the part of the Employee or to circumstances not under the Company’s control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which the Company took reasonable steps to avoid or overcome.
