NEGOTIATIONS El Dorado County Managers’ Association (hereinafter referred to as “Union”) and representatives of the County of El Dorado (hereinafter referred to as “County”) have met and conferred in good faith in regard to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment covering employees in the Managers’ Association Bargaining Unit and have exchanged freely information, opinions, and proposals and have reached agreement on all matters relating to the employment conditions and employer-employee relations of such employees.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The regular full-time employee workday shall be eight (8) hours, as the job position requires, except as provided in Section 2.5 regarding summer hours. By agreement between the employee and supervisor, a flexible workday may be scheduled on an as needed basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Terms and conditions set out in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), except as provided for in above paragraph 6 in respect of wages and allowances, and are applicable to this agreement.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
Section 1. Negotiation and Ratification El Dorado County Law Enforcement Managers’ Association (hereinafter referred to as “EDCLEMA”) and representatives of the County of El Dorado (hereinafter referred to as “County”) have met and conferred in good faith in regard to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment covering employees in the Law Enforcement Managers’ Bargaining Unit and have exchanged freely information, opinions, and proposals and have reached agreement on all matters relating to the employment conditions and employer- employee relations of such employees. This Memorandum of Understanding shall be presented to the Board of Supervisors, as the joint recommendations of the undersigned, for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the period commencing on July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2016. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective on the date approved by the Board of Supervisors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The Examination Assistant will remain employed by the Examination Centre/School for the duration of this Memorandum, and their existing terms and conditions of employment will continue to apply. For the avoidance of doubt, the Examination Assistant will not be employed by NZQA and will therefore not be paid by NZQA for their work as an Examination Assistant.
