Pay-off Requirements. (a) The regular pay day will be on Thursday (holiday weeks excluded). When employee is laid off and requests pay, he shall be paid at time of layoff or his pay check will be mailed within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
