Launch Plan. Each Commercialization Plan shall be ----------- updated, in advance of the launch of the applicable Collaboration Product in the Co-Promotion Territory, to include a launch plan ("Launch Plan") and launch budget ("Launch Budget") for such launch, the period *****, if practicable, before said launch, and the ***** period following the launch date. Each such Launch Plan and Launch Budget shall be developed by ORTHO, after taking into consideration CTI's comments, and presented to the JCC for Launch Plan and Launch Budget review and approval, with ORTHO having the final decision at the JCC as described in Section 2.04. The JCC shall have sixty (60) days to review and approve such Budget. Each calendar year after its preparation, if not yet executed, each Launch Plan and Launch Budget for each Collaboration Product in the Co-Promotion Territory shall be updated by ORTHO and the updated Launch Budget submitted to the JCC for approval. It is understood that determining a date for Regulatory Approval and thus a launch date is difficult. The failure to accurately estimate the launch date shall not constitute a breach hereunder. 42 Each Launch Plan shall include (i) updated market and sales forecasts in units and estimated revenues of Collaboration Product, (ii) estimated resource requirements and (iii) such other matters deemed appropriate by ORTHO.
Launch Plan. Distributor will use its best efforts to market and sell the Software in a manner to maximize the sales potential of the Software. Distributor acknowledges that EU trade rules prohibit absolute exclusivity, but if the Launch Plan is met, Developer will not appoint any other distributor of the Software in the Retail Channel for Germany.
Launch Plan. The Licensee undertakes to launch at least [___________]12 new lines of perfumes and/or skin care and body care lines throughout the term of this Agreement according to how the operations described in Appendix 3 hereto progress. For this purpose, the Licensee undertakes to apply its best efforts to follow the launch timetable for the Products reproduced in Appendix 3.
Launch Plan. Within ninety (90) days following the Effective Date, the Parties will use their best efforts to jointly complete a project plan that will set mutually agreeable deadlines for the various stages of development of the HHC Site, including the design, rollout and implementation of the HHC Site by medixxx.xxx xxx preparation of the Health eCatalog (as defined below) by drugxxxxx.xxx, xxtually agreeable methods of data transfer and transaction processing and mutually developed guidelines, processes, procedures and plans for sales and marketing communications. Each of the parties will appoint a "Contract Manager," who will act as the point person for communications regarding the project plan. Subject to drugxxxxx.xxx'x xelivery of a Health eCatalog to medixxx.xxx xx least 30 days prior to the launch date, medixxx.xxx xxxl launch the HHC Site as mutually agreed by the parties, and the parties presently anticipate such launch shall occur no later than December 31, 2000. For the purposes of this Agreement, the "LAUNCH Date" means the date on which the HHC Site is operational and generally available to Clients to purchase products or services.
Launch Plan. The supplier shall develop and execute a SafeLaunchPlan at the start of series production. In particular, the SafeLaunchPlan shall follow but not limited to features that have been identified as critical.

Launch Plan. Each Commercialization Plan shall be updated, in advance ----------- of the launch of the applicable Collaboration Product in the Profit/Loss Sharing Territory, to include a launch plan ("Launch Plan") and launch budget ("Launch Budget") for such launch, covering the period twelve (12) months, if practicable, before said launch, and the twelve (12) month period, if practical, following the launch date. Each such Launch Plan and Launch Budget shall be developed by ORTHO at a point in time prior to launch which is reasonable with respect to the proposed launch of the particular Collaboration Product and provided to ERGO promptly thereafter. It is understood that, for Bromocriptine for the Type II Diabetes Indication, because of the shortness of time between NDA filing and the presently anticipated launch date, the Launch Plan & Budget may be in an abbreviated form and submitted to ERGO prior to launch and as soon as it is prepared by ORTHO. Each Launch Plan shall include (i) updated market and sales forecasts in units and estimated revenues of Collaboration Product, (ii) estimated resource requirements and (iii) such other matters deemed appropriate by ORTHO. With respect to Bromocriptine for the Type II Diabetes Indication, ORTHO shall prepare and provide to ERGO within sixty (60) days from the Effective Date, a Commercialization Budget for the six (6) month period following the Effective Date.
Launch Plan. Allegro Rainbow is establishing its initial launch in three phases: ▪ Beta launch: The Beta testing is nearly complete. Piano Commando is being placed in over 150 homes with close technical support to discover how customers interact with the product and the potential issues they have. Each issue is being addressed and solutions are being established as the product rolls out to a more mass market. The beta test is mainly confined to Provo, Utah. ▪ Sales and public relations launch: As a more perfected product is completed, Allegro Rainbow will seek attention from the press and will begin to appear at an increasing number of demonstration events. In the beginning, the sales and public relations launch will rollout throughout the major population centers in the state of Utah. The most successful tactics will be duplicated on a national level. ▪ National launch: When Allegro Rainbow’s products have demonstrated stability and market acceptance, Piano Commando will be rolled out nationally through television shopping networks, infomercials, and national demonstration events.
Launch Plan. Licensee shall propose, and the Joint Steering Committee shall discuss, modify and approve, a launch plan for each country within the Territory (the “Launch Plan”). The initial draft Launch Plan shall be submitted by Licensee to the Joint Steering Committee on or before the date which is six (6) months from the Effective Date (this period may be changed through mutual discussion by the Parties if this Agreement is amended pursuant to Section 14.9), which may be modified or delayed upon agreement by both Parties. The Launch Plan shall be updated on an annual basis (within twelve (12) months after the last Launch Plan was approved by the Joint Steering Committee) until the Licensed Product has been launched in each country within the Territory.
Launch Plan. GSK will formulate a launch plan for the Licensed Product in the Territory outlining key Commercialization steps to be undertaken by GSK during pre-launch and launch of the Licensed Product in the Territory ("Launch Plan") and provide the Launch Plan as soon as practicable after the Effective Date to Millennium for review and comment, but no later than [**] following the Effective Date. To the extent practicable given labeling and market forces in the Territory, the Launch Plan will be consistent with the global branding message for the Licensed Product as discussed between the Parties. Final decisions regarding all Commercialization activities contemplated by elements of the Launch Plan will reside with GSK. The Launch Plan will be a component of the initial Annual Plan.
