Layoff and Recall Information to Union. The Appointing Authority agrees to provide to the Local Union copies of current seniority list(s), which will be used to determine the employees who are to be laid off or reassigned in accordance with Section D. of this Article. The Employer agrees to provide to the Local Union copies of all Agency departmental and state-wide recall lists utilized during the recruitment process, as well as copies of relevant transfer lists and job postings. The Employer will inform the Local Union of any changes in, additions to, or deletions from such list(s).

Layoff and Recall Information to Union. The Employer shall provide to the Union President copies of seniority list(s) which are used to determine the employees who are to be laid off. The Employer shall provide to the Union President or his/her designee access to recall cards/lists as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Payroll Information Payroll checks shall include all required information, a clear designation as to the amount and category, e.g., regular, overtime or holiday pay, of compensation for which payment is being made.

  • Handling Sensitive Personal Information and Breach Notification A. As part of its contract with HHSC Contractor may receive or create sensitive personal information, as section 521.002 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. Contractor must use appropriate safeguards to protect this sensitive personal information. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard.

  • Information to the Union 16-5.1 The Board shall make available to the Union upon request and with reasonable time to respond any reasonable information, statistics, and records which are relevant to negotiations, grievances, or necessary for the proper and legitimate enforcement of the terms of this Agreement. At the request of University, Contractor agrees to provide University with a written summary of the procedures Contractor uses to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of University Records.

  • Exclusions from Confidential Information Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party's representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party's prior written approval.

  • Confidentiality of Client Information ENP providers shall ensure that information about, or obtained from a participant’s records, shall be maintained in a confidential manner.

  • Contractor Designation of Trade Secrets or Otherwise Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of materials to be trade secret under section 688.002 or 812.081, F.S., or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor must clearly designate that portion of the materials as trade secret or otherwise confidential when submitted to the Department. The Contractor will be responsible for responding to and resolving all claims for access to Contract-related materials it has designated trade secret or otherwise confidential.
