Layoffs and Rollbacks. (A) In the event that the Sheriff foresees the need for a reduction in force of unit members during the term of this Agreement, the Sheriff shall imme- diately request, in writing, negotiations with the Association over the impact of such reduction. The parties shall, in these negotiations, consid- er many factors, including, but not limited to, natural attrition, voluntary early retirement, order of layoffs, rollbacks and recall rights.
