Leave Abutting Weekends. 16.5.1 When an RMO is on leave on the days immediately before or after a weekend she/he cannot be required to work the weekend(s).

Weekends Holidays that fall on weekends will be observed on a day established by the School District.
Weekend Work 5.5.1 Overtime work on Saturday will be paid for at the rate of time and a-half for the first 2 hours and Double Time thereafter. All overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday will be paid for at the rate of Double Time. An employee required to work on the Saturday following Good Friday will be paid at least 4 hours' work, at the rate of Double Time and a-half.
Sick Leave Use Sick leave will be charged in one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour increments and may be used for the following reasons:
Annual Leave Loading (a) In addition to their ordinary pay, an employee, other than a shiftworker, will be paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of their ordinary pay on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.
Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.
Inclement Weather Days Employees shall not report to work when schools are closed for inclement weather. In an emergency situation (e.g. Board packet day) when an inclement weather closing occurs, an employee(s) may be called in to work if there is a supervisor present in the work location. Said employee(s) shall receive compensatory time off for the time worked.
