Leave for Personal Reasons. An employee shall be allowed six (6) days paid leave for personal reasons each year to be charged against accrued sick leave. Any personal leave shall be non-cumulative.

If a member requests to use a personal day at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance, the District must grant use of the day, absent undue operational hardship.
