Common use of Length of Maternity Leave Clause in Contracts

Length of Maternity Leave. The maternity leave to which the employee is entitled under Article 28:05 (a) is: (i) Any time, within the time referred to in Article 28:05 (a) (ii) that she does not work; and (ii) The difference between that time and the time she would receive if she were entitled under Article 28:08 (i).

Length of Maternity Leave. The maternity leave to which the employee is entitled under Article 28:05 27:05 (a) is: (i) Any time, within the time referred to in Article 28:05 27:05 (a) (ii) that she does they do not work; and (ii) The difference between that time and the time she they would receive if she they were entitled under Article 28:08 27:08 (i).

The maternity leave to which the employee is entitled under Article 28:05 subsection :07 (ai) is: (ia) Any time, within the time referred to in Article 28:05 clause :07 (ai) (iib) that she does not work; and (iib) The difference between that time and the time she would receive if she were entitled under Article 28:08 subsection :08 (i).
