Up to 3 years Eligible Applicants: Eligible applicants are the entity within the state/territory/federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native tribe or tribal organization responsible for leading treatment and recovery support services for adolescents and/or transitional aged youth with substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental disorders.
