Common use of Length of Vacations Clause in Contracts

Length of Vacations. An employee shall receive an annual vacation with pay in accordance with the employee's years of employment as follows: One year or more 10 working days In the calendar year of the 2nd anniversary and each year thereafter 15 working days In the calendar year of the 5th anniversary and each year thereafter 20 working days In the calendar year of the 10th anniversary and each year thereafter 25 working days
