Length of Work Day. The total length of the workday shall not exceed seven and one-half hours (7.5), which shall include a continuous thirty (30) minute duty-free lunch period. The work day shall begin at 7:30 am and end at 3:00 pm. On Fridays and on holiday early dismissals, employees may leave after the school buses have departed. On those days where there is an early release or late start, employees shall request a full day leave (whether sick or personal leave).
