Less-Than-Full-Time Employees. 1. In the event that a part-time or job share position would benefit the district, contractual language will be specified in the teacher’s contract as agreed upon between the teacher and the superintendent. 2. One year of job share or part-time employment shall equal one year of teaching experience. 3. All benefits will be prorated according to the teacher’s contract.
