Less-Than-Full-Time Employees. Benefits for employees designated as regular, less-than-full-time who regularly work less than sixty-four (64) hours per biweekly pay period and who work less than one thousand, six hundred and sixty-four (1664) hours per calendar year shall be limited to those specifically provided in this Agreement. Such benefits shall accrue on a pro rata basis but shall, in no case, accrue based upon hours worked in excess of eighty (80) in a biweekly pay period. This Section shall not apply to employees involuntarily placed on a less-than- full-time schedule.
