Levelling working hours. The leave issued for levelling is held on dates determined by the employer, unless locally otherwise agreed on the use of leave or compensation thereof in accordance with section 30 of the collective labour agreement. The issued days of leave are considered work days when determining the length of annual holidays. With fixed-term employment, the working hours shall primarily be levelled to regular working hours by the end of the term of employment. Working hours shall always be levelled when possible evenly during em- ployment.   • TEACHING HOURS A. The teacher’s normal teaching hours in the secondary and elementary schools shall be as follows:

  • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.
