License to Services. These Terms of Use permit you to use the Services, and anything available through the Website, for your personal (including on behalf of the organization you represent) use and for the official use related to the cap-and-trade program auctions. Unless you have entered a written agreement with WCI, Inc. specifically providing otherwise, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows: • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials. • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes. • You may print one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal use and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution. • If we provide applications for download, you may download the application(s) provided you agree to be bound by the applicable end user license agreement or terms of use for such applications. • If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features. Unless you have WCI, Inc.’s permission, you must not: • Modify copies of any materials or information from the Services. • Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text. • Delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Services. If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Services in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Services will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title or interest in or to the Services or any content therein is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by WCI, Inc. Any use of the Services not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate intellectual property and other laws.
License to Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Recruiterflow grants to Licensee during the Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, license to access and use the Services Licensee orders solely for the purposes described on the applicable Order Form(s).
License to Services. 46 Labs grants to Customer a personal, limited, non-transferable, non- exclusive, license, without the right to sublicense, transfer, copy or create derivative works, to use the Services during the term of the appropriate SO solely for use with the service specified in such SO and in accordance with the Agreement.

To the extent needed to use the Services, commencing as of each Services Agreement Effective Date, Provider grants to T-Mobile an irrevocable, non-exclusive, assignable right under its Intellectual Property Rights to use the Services, subject to the remainder of the terms on the MSA and the applicable SAs.

Hubwoo will also provide the Supplier and his end-users, i.e. any employee or other person or group of persons appointed by the Supplier to avail of the Services, as determined by the Supplier, on his behalf (the “End-User”) with a unique identification number and a pass code to access the Services. All rights not expressly granted to the Supplier shall remain at all times with Hubwoo.
License to Services. Subject to these Terms and the terms and conditions of any Master Agreement governing your use of the Services, Attribytes grants to You a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services as ordered and paid for by Customer or You.
License to Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BioCatch grants Subscriber a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, royalty-free right to use the Services during the Term. Subscriber will implement and use the Services on a direct basis (i.e., not through any indirect channels or third parties) and only for its own internal, legitimate business purposes which include (i) detection, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of online fraud and risk and (ii) compliance with applicable legal or regulatory schemes including anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, anti-bribery and corruption, and similar laws or regulations. With regard to the Services, Subscriber will not (or permit any person or third party to): (a) reverse assemble, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive source code or any component thereof or of any intellectual property (including but not limited to copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks and patent rights) relating to the Services and/or any software underlying the Services; (b) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with features related to security or access thereto; (c) use any robot, spider, search or retrieval application, or any other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data-mine, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation thereof; (d) modify or prepare derivative works; (e) assign, copy, reproduce, modify, sell, lease, pledge, transfer, sublicense, market, commercially exploit, or otherwise dispose of in any way, on temporary or permanent basis or any component thereof other than as expressly provided in this Agreement; (f) use in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of BioCatch or any other party; (g) cause or permit any person or third party or any of its Affiliates (as defined below) or its or their employees, directors, representatives or agents to do any of the foregoing; and/or (h) use in any way not specifically permitted under this Agreement. In addition to the Services, BioCatch shall provide support services to Subscriber during the Term by e-mail or by telephone to Subscriber’s technical personnel to assist Subscriber in using the Services, in each case solely to the extent further specified in the applicable Order Form.
