Licensee's Personal Property. All furniture, trade fixtures, office equipment and articles of movable personal property installed in the Premises by or for the account of Licensee, without expense to County, and that can be removed without structural or other damage to the Premises (collectively, "Licensee's Personal Property") shall be and remain Licensee's property. Licensee may remove its Personal Property at any time during the Term, subject to the provisions of Section 24 [Surrender of Premises], below. Licensee shall pay any taxes or other impositions levied or assessed upon Licensee's Personal Property, at least ten (10) days prior to delinquency, and shall deliver satisfactory evidence of such payment to County upon request.

Licensee's Personal Property. Licensee shall insure and keep insured all personal property of Licensee, in, on or upon the licensed area. Such insurance shall insure against loss from fire and other causes of loss provided for in the standard ISO Special Coverage Form. Any policy proceeds shall be used for the repair or replacement of any personal property damaged or destroyed unless this License Agreement shall cease and terminate under the provisions hereof.
Licensee's Personal Property. Any property of LICENSEE not removed upon expiration, termination, or abandonment of this License may be removed or disposed of by OWNER at the sole expense of LICENSEE. OWNER shall have no obligation to store any personal property and all such personal property remaining on the Premises after the expiration, termination, or abandonment of this License shall be deemed abandoned.

Licensee's Personal Property i. Licensee may place Licensee’s personal property on the Licensed Area consistent with the use and other terms of this License. Such permission granted by CITY shall be revoked upon the termination or expiration of this License. All equipment and other property brought, placed or erected on the Licensed Area by Licensee shall be and remain the property of Licensee, except as otherwise set forth herein.
Licensee's Personal Property. Licensee shall be solely responsible for implementing any security measures necessary to secure any private property placed in the License Area by Licensee, and UTA shall not be responsible for any damaged, stolen, or vandalized property of Licensee.
Licensee's Personal Property. Immediately upon termination of this LICENSE, LICENSEE covenants and agrees to remove all of LICENSEE’s personal property, machinery or fixtures from the Licensed Space. If LICENSEE fails to remove any such personal property, COUNTY may remove such personal property and place the same in storage at the expense of LICENSEE and without liability to COUNTY for losses. LICENSEE agrees to pay COUNTY for all expenses incurred by COUNTY in connection with the removal, and storage charges of 9 LICENSEE’s personal property, including attorney’s fees and court costs. Alternatively, COUNTY may at its option and on not less than ten (10) days written notice to LICENSEE sell all or any part of said personal property at public or private sale for such prices as COUNTY may obtain. COUNTY shall apply the proceeds of any such sale to the amounts due from LICENSEE under this LICENSE and to any expense incidental to such sale. Any surplus arising from such sale shall be refunded to LICENSEE.
