Life and Long-Term Disability. Members whose normal work-shift is thirty (30) or more hours per week will be provided life and long-term disability insurance coverages.

Life and Long-Term Disability. After ninety (90) calendar days of employment with the District, a Member whose normal work- shift is thirty (30) or more hours per week will be provided life and long- term disability insurance coverages.

The Plan will provide for sixty-six and two thirds percent (66 2/3%) of an Employee's basic monthly earnings to a maximum of $1,500.00. Coverage would cease the date an Employee attains normal retirement age.
