Lift Station. Seaport Holdings, LLC, as grantor, and the City, as grantee, entered into a certain Lift Station Easement Agreement dated December 14, 2006 which granted the City the right to operate a lift station on a certain 25 foot square parcel of Easement Property (as more particularly defined therein) located on the Property. The City has requested that Seaport Holdings, LLC or Seaport Channelside, LLC, as applicable, convey in fee to the City of Tampa, a 35 foot by 35 foot parcel of land located in the northwest corner of the property to be used as a lift station. The conveyance shall take place within 45 days of notice to Seaport Holdings, LLC or Seaport Channelside, LLC, as applicable, by the City of Tampa that the City of Tampa is ready to proceed with the construction of the lift station. . Seaport Holdings, LLC and Seaport Channelside, LLC hereby agree to do so subject to the following conditions: RM:2205150:2 a. the City must provide copies of building plans, permits and a construction contract to demonstrate that the City of Tampa is prepared to commence construction. The plans and inspection of the lift station must be approved by the City of Tampa Wastewater Department. It is understood by the parties that the funding for the planning, cost of design, permitting and construction of the lift station is to be provided by the Channel District CRA. The relocation of the lift station is to be completed, by the earlier of (i) one (1) year after Buyer gives written notice to the City of Buyer’s intent to develop or sell the Property, provided Buyer will not give such notice prior to one (1) year from the date of this Amendment, or (ii) before five (5) years after the date of this Amendment, depending on available funding through the Channel District CRA If sufficient funds are not available through the Channel District CRA, the existing lift station will remain in its present location until the Channel District CRA obtains the necessary funds. The Channel District CRA will begin allocating funds in the FY 2010 budget for the costs of the project. b. the new location shall be square in shape, measure 35 feet by 35 feet and be located in the northwest corner of the property; and c. the existing lift station and collection system must remain in service until the new lift station is completed, inspected, tested, and accepted for ownership and maintenance by the City of Tampa’s wastewater Department. Lift Station. The Grant Creek Lift Station was initially constructed in 1980 as part of the Grant Creek Center Subdivision and SID #472. The lift station is a wet pit / dry pit station. The station serves tributary areas of Momont #2 Lift Station and gravity collection along Expressway, International Way and Xxxxxxxxx Road. With the Grant Creek Lift Station being the most downstream lift station along the Expressway to the Wye tributary area, improvements are needed to accommodate growth and upstream capacity improvements recently completed and/or planned in the Wye and Reserve Street areas. The following scope of service and associated fee estimate include the engineering tasks necessary to develop construction documents for the installation of new 15-inch gravity main and the abandonment of the Grant Creek Lift Station.

As a subconsultant to Xxxxxx Engineering, Inc., this project provided a lift station to convey sewage from a new service area of Eagle River to AWWU’s existing wastewater treatment plant. Construction was complete September 1996. Eagle River Reservoir and Water System Improvements - 1998: Xx. Xxxxx was Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx’x Project Manager for predesign efforts on this $8 million project before being employed at AWWU. The project includes design and installation of a new 3 MG water storage reservoir, over 10,000 LF of water transmission main, two booster stations, and miscellaneous improvements to the existing AWWU Water System. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx was a subconsultant to R&M Consultants, Inc. on this project. Fairbanks Water Treatment Plant Expansion: Xx. Xxxxx was project manager for Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx in providing construction engineering services for the $9 million City of Fairbanks, Alaska Water Treatment Plant Expansion, involving rehabilitation and expansion of existing chemical feed, clarification, filtration, disinfection, and pumping facilities. In this capacity, Xx. Xxxxx provided technical assistance to the client’s engineering and construction administration staff, and coordinated Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx’x design and operations services on the project. North Slope Borough Village Water and Sewer Program O&M: Xx. Xxxxx assisted the NSB’s Consultant Program Manager, MACTEC, Inc., in developing, negotiating, and implementing a long-term agreement for contract operations and maintenance of the NSB’s $375 million village water and sewer program. Xx. Xxxxx provided technical assistance to MACTEC Program Management Team on this unique contract operations program.
