LIMITATION OF SERVICES POLICY. We may limit, restrict, or terminate member services if you cease to be a member in good standing as defined by our Limitation of Services policy posted on our website. Our policy provides that you are not a member in good standing if, among other things, you are delinquent on credit union loans, have had any account closed due to abuse or negligent behavior, engage in any threatening, belligerent, disruptive, or abusive behavior, or cause a loss to the credit union. Member services that may be limited or terminated include: loans or other extensions of credit; share accounts; ATM and other card services; in-person, mobile, online, and telephone banking services; and other electronic transfer services.   • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section L requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Continuation of Services The Contractor shall work with the current Subcontractor prior to cancellation date to ensure all consumer needs are identified and appropriate placements and transportation needs, as applicable, have been arranged. The Subcontractor shall maintain communication with the Contractor on the process of transferring consumers until all consumers are placed.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $25.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.
