Abusive conduct means verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a parent or student directed toward a school employee that, based on its severity, nature, and frequency of occurrence, a reasonable person would determine is intended to cause intimidation, humiliation, or unwarranted distress.
Disruptive behavior means conduct that materially and substantially interferes with or obstructs the teaching or learning process in the context of a classroom or educational setting.
Adaptive behavior means the degree to which an individual meets the standards of personal independence and social responsibility expected for age and culture group. Other terms used to describe adaptive behavior include, but are not limited to, adaptive impairment, ability to function, daily living skills, and adaptive functioning. Adaptive behaviors are everyday living skills including, but not limited to, walking (mobility), talking (communication), getting dressed or toileting (self-care), going to school or work (community use), and making choices (self-direction).

Abusive Trading means the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of Appendix.

Abuse means theft, waste, or improper use of assets related to ADB-related activity, either committed intentionally or through reckless disregard;
Sexual abuse means actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.
Sexual violence means any sexual act or act targeting a person’s sexuality, gender identity or gender expression, whether the act is physical or psychological in nature, that is committed, threatened or attempted against a person without the person’s consent, and includes sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, indecent exposure, voyeurism and sexual exploitation.
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

Harass means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes substantial emotional distress to that person and serves no legitimate purpose.
Workplace means a place at which, on an average, twenty or more workers are employed.
