List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors eGain shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the eGain Offerings identified in Attachment 3 (“Sub-processor List”). Such Sub-Processor Lists includes the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location. Any updates to the Sub-processor List will be communicated to the Customer using the contact details provided in Attachment 1.
List of Current Sub-processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. The current list of Sub- processors engaged in Processing Personal Data for the performance of the Service, including a description of their processing activities and countries of location, is available upon request. Customer hereby consents to these Sub-processors, their locations and processing activities as it pertains to their Personal Data.

The current list of Sub-processors used by ClickDimensions is attached to this Addendum in Schedule 3 and also located here: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/hc/en- us/sections/360009048952-Subprocessors (“Sub-processor List”) and Customer consents to the use of such Sub-processors as of the date of this DPA. In addition, Customer hereby grants ClickDimensions a general authorization to utilize new sub-processors in accordance with the process below. If Customer subscribes to the mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors, ClickDimensions shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services.

Braintree shall make available to Merchant a current list of Sub-processors for the respective Services with the identities of those Sub-processors (“Sub-processor List”). The Sub-processor List is included in Attachment 2 to this Addendum. Where a Sub-processor is proposed to be changed Braintree shall provide prior notice by email to Merchant before implementing such change

Area 1 Security shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Appendix 3 of the Standard Contractual Clauses attached hereto. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation”). Customer may find on Area 1 Security’s Trust and Compliance webpage (also accessible via xxxx://xxx.Xxxx 1 Xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx.xxx under the “Trust and Compliance Documentation” link) the Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation as well as a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, Area 1 Security shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Processor shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors used by Processor to process Personal Data upon sending an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx with the subject header “Sub Processors List”. Such Sub-processor list includes the identities of those Sub-processors and the entity’s country (“Sub-Processor List”). The Sub-Processor List as of the date of first use of the Service by Customer is hereby deemed authorized, upon first use of the Service. Customer may reasonably object to Processor’s use of an existing Sub-processor by providing a written objection to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx within seven (7) business days after receipt of Sub-Processor List. In the event Customer reasonably objects to an existing Sub-processor, as permitted in the preceding sentences, Customer may, as a sole remedy, terminate the applicable Agreement and this DPA with respect only to those Service which cannot be provided by Processor without the use of the objected-to Sub-processor by providing written notice to Processor provided that all amounts due under the Agreement before the termination date with respect to the Processing at issue shall be duly paid to Processor. Customer will have no further claims against Processor due to (i) past use of approved Sub-processors prior to the date of objection or (ii) the termination of the Agreement (including, without limitation, requesting refunds) and the DPA in the situation described in this paragraph.

A current list of Sub- processors engaged by VTEX for the provision of the Services, including the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location, is available in Appendix 1 to this DPA. Such list may be updated and will remain accessible via xxxxx://xxxx.xxx/us-en/privacy-and-agreements/subprocessors/ (“Sub-processor List”). VTEX shall maintain an updated List of the Sub-processors before authorized to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Sub-processor Documentation”). Basecamp, through notification to the Customer shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub- processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

The Infrastructure and Sub-processor Documentation contains a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, and if Customer subscribes, KBC shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.
