Live Out Allowance. When employees are required to stay out of town the Employer shall provide adequate and reasonable sleeping accommodations. Where possible, there will be no more than two (2) persons per average size room, and the room shall be equipped with cooking facilities. The Employer shall pay each employee a daily allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.

Live Out Allowance. To each employee required to stay out of town as part of his work, the Employer shall pay a live out allowance equal to fifty ($50/night) dollars (non- taxable) for each night spent out of town. The method by which this allowance is paid shall be at the discretion of the crew xxxxxxx, but the allowance shall at least be paid in full by the end of each work week. In the event that an employee fails to report for scheduled work, while out of town and without reasonable cause, the employee may forfeit his daily live out allowance equal to the number of work days missed.
